The second meeting of the EUSDR Task Force (EMB–DR) and EUSDR National Coordinators for embedding (linking the priorities of the Danube Strategy with financial instruments in the future programming period) took place in Brussels on February 20th, 2020.
A meeting of the Coordinators of the priority areas of the European Union Strategy for the Danube Region was held in Zagreb on 11 and 12 February 2020 to discuss the current state of play of the Strategy and the processes taking place in the Priority Areas.

On 6 November 2019 in Vukovar, Ministers Marko Pavić and Gordan Grlić Radman presented the programme of Croatia's presidency of the European Union Strategy for the Danube Region.
At the National EUSDR Forum in Bucharest on 28 October, the Croatian Ministry of Regional Development and EU Funds assumed the role of Chair during the one-year presidency of the European Union Strategy for the Danube Region.
